Returns – Cancellations Policy

1. Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order or part of it, as long as it has not yet been processed. In this case, the customer must contact art59-zacharopoulos to proceed with the cancellation. Otherwise, they will need to follow the product return process.

2. Refusal of Delivery
