1. Via a partner courier company.

Shipping costs are covered by the company in full. There is no shipping charge for the customer. For small-volume products, shipping is carried out via a partner courier, both within Greece and internationally (with TNT, FedEx). The amount is reserved upon order confirmation and released upon completion and delivery of the project.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days within Greece under normal conditions. This may vary depending on the delivery location and weather conditions.

Due to special conditions during the pandemic period, delivery times may be extended up to 30 business days. Courier companies are responsible for delivery times.

The partner courier provides a dedicated system/software for the electronic registration, preparation, updating, and tracking of shipments. Thus, you have the ability to track the parcel’s route.

2. Via a transport company

Shipments can also be carried out via a partner transport company.
